Our manufacturer certification programs
Big Chris Collision participates in OEM certification programs for select manufacturers. We’re pursuing additional manufacturer certifications and welcome all makes and models.
A certification for one manufacturer is not a certification for every make, model, or specialty repair. Tell us about your vehicle so we can discuss its specific requirements and the scope of the work.
What the process means for you
- Vehicle-specific research. We review manufacturer repair information to determine how damaged areas should be repaired or replaced.
- Attention below the surface. Structural materials, weld locations, corrosion protection, and one-time-use components can affect the repair plan.
- Technology considered. Scans, safety-system inspections, and driver-assistance calibrations are identified when required.
- Decisions explained. We discuss the work and potential payment differences so you understand what you are authorizing.
I-CAR Gold Class and ASE Blue Seal
Our I-CAR Gold Class and ASE Blue Seal credentials reflect our commitment to professional training. Alongside manufacturer programs, that training supports our approach to planning and documenting collision repairs.
All makes and models welcome
You do not need to own a vehicle covered by one of our manufacturer certifications to contact Big Chris Collision. We research repair procedures for the vehicle in front of us. Ask about your specific vehicle, damage, and repair needs.
Manufacturer standards. Not insurance standards.
Our repair plan starts with what the vehicle requires. Insurance coverage and reimbursement are separate questions. We explain the plan, document required work, and discuss costs with you before authorization.
